Alfresco cooking has risen
to new heights with an outstanding
outdoor kitchen pavilion,
located at Sonny Hill and
Clearwater Polo Field in Pont
Clear.
Wink Chapman, owner of
Great Kitchens (formerly
Eastern Shore Appliance), with
showrooms in Fairhope and a
new location in Tillman’s
Corner, said the kitchen is
incredible. “It features all top
of the line Viking appliances,
stainless cabinetry, granite

countertops, and every amenity
you could hope for.”
Chefs and caterers will
love the kitchen, said
Chapman. “It has two ranges,
two dishwashers, under-counter
refrigerators (so as to not
block anyone’s view of Polo
Field action), built-in wine
coolers, and ice makers, an
Aztec wood-burning grill, and
beverage dispensers at each
end of the pavilion.” The
pavilion can accommodate
several hundred polo fans or a
