The home was a team effort from start to finish. “We knew we wanted a
Mediterranean design. We found custom plans from Weber Design Group, and I
loved it,” Janice said, adding that she and her husband had looked at homes
throughout South Florida.
Once they had a plan, they tweaked it, with input from decorator Tootsie
Allen, owner of Hollis Interiors Marketplace in Foley, and son-in-law Timothy
McInnis II, owner of McInnis & Phillips, who built the house using ICF, insulated
concrete forms, with steel-reinforced walls. “This is one of the most structurally
sound products available, and it is great for the Gulf Coast market,”
