of DacArt textured stone

open floor plan into the living area. Family
antiques and white linen draped furniture
create elegance and comfort.

With her family’s legacy, Susan
wanted a house that would incorporate
architectural details that hail
from the past. She worked closely
with Napier and Dial to create a
home that is comfortable and
pleasing for daily family life and
entertaining. Susan wanted high
ceilings, large sunlit rooms, and
flowing living spaces for the indoor
and outdoor areas to add spaciousness.
The 4,500 square feet of
indoor and outdoor covered rooms
appear much larger due to the ceiling
height and open floor plan.
