A great place to see sea life,
the Georgia Aquarium, located
in Atlanta, is filled with more
than eight million gallons of
fresh and marine water teaming
with ocean creature.
On a recent weekend I spent
at the Georgia Aquarium, my
wife and I purchased our tickets
and downloaded the audio tour.
Once we entered the Georgia
Aquarium, the place offered a
variety of sights.
The different areas of the
aquarium include a 4D Theater,
Cold Water Quest, Georgia
Explorer, Ocean Voyager, River Scout, and Tropical Diver.
The biggest exhibit is the “Ocean Voyager” with a few
whale sharks, many stingrays, large grouper, and hammerhead
sharks. “Ocean Voyager” has many different windows,

walls (second largest viewing
window in the world at
23 feet tall by 61 feet wide
and 2 feet thick), and a tunnel
to walk through to see
the aquatic life in the aquarium.
The aquarium exhibits
varieties of living coral
reefs and aquatic life. One
of the most impressive
species to see was the
whale shark that can grow
to the length of 30 feet and
is the largest know fish in
the seas.
